Material:

Q: From which material is the Winesceptre™ made?

A: The Winesceptre ™ made out of high grade stainless steel.



Safety / Cleaning:

Q: Is there any possibility that my wine could get contaminated when I am using the Winesceptre™?

A: NO! Unless you did not clean the Winesceptre™ carefully enough after you have used it previously. Always clean the Winesceptre™ before putting it into the freezer after a long time of not using it.


Q: Is there any harm to the wine when I insert / use the Winesceptre™ into my wine bottle?

A: NO! The steel which has been used to manufacture the Winesceptre™ is the highest steel grade available in the food area. It is absolutely taste neutral. Please note that the same steel is used during the wine making process.


Q: I have a Winesceptre™ with crystal on top as décor piece. Can I use a dishwasher to clean it and will it harm the crystal?

A: Although the crystal is from high quality, we do recommend for all Winesceptre™ which have crystal décor to wash by hand using warm water and common dishwasher liquid. Do NOT use any detergent for cleaning


Q: How do I clean the Winesceptre™ after I have used it?

A: You can clean it together with your regular dishes either by hand or in the dishwashing machine. Since the WineSceptre™ has a highly polished surface; we recommend not using any aggressive detergent such as powders. Use a mild soap instead and rinse your WineSceptre™ with clean water afterwards.



Cooling:

Q: How long do I have to put the Winesceptre™ into the freezer?

A: Two hours are already sufficient enough to achieve best cooling performance.


Q: How cold should my freezer be?

A: If you use a three star freezer it will be fine (-18°C) (-0.4°F)



Food approvals / Certifications:

Q: Does the Winesceptre™ have an official food approval? A: YES! The Winesceptre™ has been tested according to international food & safety regulations has been successfully approved and has received the food application seal for usage in direct contact with food. It will not harm your health.



Function:

Q: How long can the Winesceptre™ be used without losing its function?

A: If you use your Winesceptre™ according our recommendation, it will last for several years without losing its function.

Q: Can I use the Winesceptre™ for other beverages than wine?

A: Since the Winesceptre™ has been especially designed to keep prechilled wines on it’s perfect drinking temperature, we do not recommend to use the Winesceptre™ for any other purpose.

Q: How long does it take to receive my Winesceptre™ after I have placed the order at www.winesceptre.com?

A: After we have received your order, which actually happens within seconds after your transaction has been approved, we will send out within two working days. Whenever possible we use DHL as a shipping agent. Usually it takes up to four - five days upon arrival at your destination. In some countries or under special circumstances it may take longer due to different customs clearing procedures in different countries.


Q: Can I get a special discount if I order a larger amount of Winesceptres™?

A: In case you would like to order larger quantities, please refer to your regional representative in your area. See: www.winesceptre.com distributor. If you can not find or your area does not yet have a regional distributor please contact us directly.
